This league is sponsored by MLB's Minor Leagues not by the traditional Dominican winter league. Instructional to rookie league level of play. Still should be a lot of fun for the devoted fan.

Well I guess it depends on which team you are talking about. I mean I know that there are just dominican baseball teams but then there are major league teams that participate in the summer games as well. I will double check with my boyfriend but I know he had their first game last wednesday.
