How can I find the information on a specific person from DR? Is there any data that I can search through?

getting the names surnames and cedula number of that person and consult in CICLA http://www.cicla.net.do/home/ I think they would charge you about RD$400 for the report.
Another way could be consulting Junta Central Electoral , you can google for the web site
Other option would be hire a private eye
