Well when I was a kid there was nothing.
Over the last 3 years it has started getting crazy. Our shops are now full of halloween costumes for kids. LOADS OF STUFF. Kids were ringing the doorbell last year for sweets but I think we just unplugged it. Miserable I know but I'm sure there was something good on TV or we were having a nice dinner. I know I would love it if I was a kid as I loved getting dressed up (still do) My bday is start of Nov so I have had a halloween fancy dress party before but generally people made their own costumes. |

In the past all of the NYC "revivals" have involved the merchandising of products. I suggest the East and West sides of NYC could meet in possibly the most beautiful real estate in the United States - Central Park to think and talk about God, His love and His mercy for a life-changing experience free of the merchandising and lining of pockets by the unscrupuless. I wish it could be documentized on film. Just a thought.
