What a difference in these two American cities, Cedar Rapids and New Orleans. No cries of George Bush blew up the levee. When told to evacuate the good people of Cedar Rapids are smart enough to act in a way that will help in their self preservation.

The contrast is striking.

The first post here about the flood isn't about the tragedy the people in Iowa have had to face, it's about how white people are so much more civilized than black people.

When will we hear Governor Chet Culver say that he wants to rebuild a 'vanilla' Iowa, because that's the way God wants it?
Where are the people declaring that George Bush hates white, rural people?
Why are the Iowans not complaining more and demanding to be saved?
How come in about 2 weeks, you will never hear about the Iowa flooding ever again?
