Video at link. Gunman was shot and killed by pd. One of the reporters states that NY is one of the safest big cities in the world. Isn't there a gun ban in NYC?

Bet, Bloomberg 'the rich wimp bitch' is going to howl from the highest soap box, about gun control. And the dam thing is his city has some of the tightest gun laws on the planet.
