Shoot yourself in the foot & you'll forget all about your knee.

just kidding General !

Hope your knee feels better....there's ALOT u can do naturally, i've helped people fix their horribly damaged joints,
but it takes work of course......actually here's an awesome herbal formula that drastically speeds up the healing process......

Also, inadequate water intake is what causes alot of/most of our joint issues as we get older. (just not information we are told )

Herniated discs especially.

Joints are slow to heal because there aren't many blood vessels in them. One thing that seemed to help me is infrared. I have a far infrared sauna, but if you don't want to buy one you could simply get an emitter and wire 120 volts to it and mount it under your desk.

http://www.farinfraredanswers.com/fi...s/pid-243.html You can buy just one 163 watt emitter without the housing for less than $40. Zap your knee twice a day for 20 minutes. That will increase blood flow and make it heal a little faster.

i always wondered if there were foods you could eat or other processes (prayer ?) that could be used to promote vascularity (creation of blood vessels) in areas that are a-vascular, e.g. collagen in the knee or the human cornea.

You can ABSOLUTELY 100% WITHOUT A DOUBT get blood to the sick/injured/diseased in ANY AREA OF THE BODY.
You can rebuild an injured knee, any joint really, make new skin, get nutrients to the corneas, (get rid of cataracts too)
rebuild a heart or a liver or kidneys thats ready for a transplant or death,
if the blood vessels are broken and not supplying blood/oxygen/ nutrients then the body KNOWS HOW to make new blood vessels if it is given what it needs.

If a sick area of the body doesn't have much blood vessels like a joint then you put massive super nutrition into the body via the mouth
to get the blood moving like never before to get it where it needs to go.

I have had orthopedic surgeons tell their patients (with or without surgery) especially after fractures or other injuries.......
"Well i don't know what you're doing.....I've never seen this in my career.....but keep doing whatever you're doing because you're healing remarkably
and I never expected your injury to heal so fast "

I'll post later on how to get the blood moving to wherever you need it to go to later tonight. It's so simple, it's stupid, but it takes WORK.
Natural Healing takes WORK.

Excellent! Dr. Christopher also sells a topical ointment form of Complete Tissue and Bone that works wonderfully.

Thanks for asking. I went to the Chiropractor this afternoon and my fibula was just a little out of whack. He got it back to where it should be which hurt like hell and I should be ready to rock tomorrow.

FYI folks I've had so much good luck with this Chiropractor it's amazing. With dog training etc, I tend to screw myself up from time to time. As an example, I had "tennis" elbow and was miserable for about 2 weeks and decided to go to my chiropractor to give him a wack at it. Well hells bells, within 2 minutes he had the bones in my elbow exactly where they SHOULD be and I was as right as rain. So it's my contention that a good chiropractor is a great way to get things fixed.

Glad you're doing better ! Chiropractors are all natural healers ! Awesome ! That's who we've been going to since the car accident (& before that too).
Does your chiropractor sell any herbs ? Just wondering. Alot of them do. They know how good they work.

Sorry if I derailed your thread General, but I just want to explain a little more about healing an injury or sickness in the body if that's ok ?

Blood circulation : You can take all the herbs in the world, but if you have bad blood circulation it's a waste of time.
Most people have blood that is akin to old yucky sludgey thick motor oil .
You have to get the blood healthy first to fix the malady .

To get blood circulating good everywhere and especially to the sick/injured area.....
CAYENNE PEPPER. Cayenne moves blood like right NOW. I know its benefits have been discussed on here many times, tho.....

I don't mean take a few capsules and wait for the capsules to open in your stomach & double you over in pain, like you just swallowed a firecracker,
I mean the good stuff....
Drinking cayenne pepper in tea form. ( One teaspoon per cup ).It has to be warm tea...the warm tea helps open up the cell structure, makes it expand & absorb it.
Also, It is the only way to get your stomach used to it before it goes down because your stomach will start to produce the gastric juices needed at once because your stomach knows its in your mouth. You can make the tea from a tincture or from cayenne powder but only
if you know the source is 100% reliable. Some junk companies add paprika to their cayenne powder & you're not getting the goods.
Taking cayenne in capsules is a sloww acting way of taking it & disconnects you from the healing capabilities that it has.
If you start out slow with it in tea form and get used to it then you can gradually build yourself up to be able to take more.
Your face turns red & you will really FEEL IT !! If anybody is having a heart attack make them drink some cayenne pepper tea to stop the heart attack, it feeds the heart IMMEDIATELY.
Buy a tincture & keep it handy and the powdered cayenne. It is a lifesaver. If someone is bleeding profusely , put the cayenne powder on that wound to STOP the bleeding immediately.

So now you've got healthy blood and good circulation because the cayenne equalizes the blood pressure from the top of the head to the tips of your toes.
Cayenne is also a catalyst-- meaning that it will make any other herb that you take work STRONGER & HARDER in your body to heal you.

So lets say you have a torn up knee, for example, there are specific herbs that are phenomenol for rebuilding damaged joints ( in the link in post #22) that can NOW GET to that knee much, much easier.

Next hydrotherapy--water therapy--putting hot & cold on the knee. "HOT & COLD Water Therapy can bring about BETTER Circulation, because the HOT Water STIMULATES Blood Flow to the SURFACE of the Body, while the COLD Water STIMULATES Blood Flow to the CORE of the Body, thus bringing FRESH Blood to the Organs and Glands and ALL parts of the Body! In other words, OXYGEN & NUTRIENTS IN + TOXINS & PATHOGENS OUT! " quote from Dr Richard Schulze of course !

Keep repeating for about 15-20 minutes. Does it feel good ? No. Does it work ? yes !

So you've had 1.) cleaner blood, 2.) thinner blood 3.) excellent blood circulation, 3.) hydrotherapy

Next you have to consume the herbs & apply the herbs topically to the injured/sick area. It's called a fomentation. Different herbs work in specific areas of the body.

There's a TON more , but this is just a simple basic start to get that blood moving & start healing .
Adding cayenne to your diet every day--either liquid or powder form (not capsules) is the number one best health insurance.

Gundriller...in addition to this you can do an eyewash that has cayenne in it. WHEW, I know, who on earth would EVER put anything in their eyes with cayenne ??
It works and here is more info. yes its uncomfortable, buy it WILL increase circulation to the cornea FAST/immediately.
http://www.herballegacy.com/Herbal_Eyebright.html

I could go on all night, I'm not pushing any of these products whatsoever, There are lots other companies who have copycat formulas that work just as good,
but I only learned from the best of the best & nothing else is acceptable so thats why you'll always see me posting alot of his formulas over anyone else's most of
the time .

PS. do not take cayenne or ANY herbs at/around the same time as medications. The cayenne especially will make them work stronger/ harder and can hurt you !!
