A better question is "why does America not follow the law?"

The answer is in Esau. Just as Jacob was the father of 12 tribes, Esau had some tribes as well. They are the off whites, because he banged some foreign chicks. They are the Italians, Germans (portion is from Jacob though), Croatians, Lithuanians etc.

Yea....they are the fathers of western civilization as Magnes admits. (well....the political philosophies)

But...I like the off whites if they agree with the law. And the law is not inherently against them, just their philosophies.
