Treaties supersede the constitution. Even if signed, they have to be ratified by the Senate.

I thought I had read somewhere that this was a treaty signed in the 60's. Could be wrong with this, though.

LOL, I have to laugh at that. You think once Mr. Government gets its way and outlaws all firearms that they will just disappear? Not a snowballs chance in hell. All the weapons are still here, will still be here after the treaty gets signed and there's nothing they can do about it. The black market is there for a reason and it will fill a need once one arises. That much you can count on.

That's like saying that Chicago's and Los Angeles's gun control policies are a success... There are weapons in those cities despite the oppressive nature of attempting to ban them. 19 bucks plus shipping for 50 rounds? The highest I see in a few stores around here are 8 buck plus tax for 20 rounds, cash n carry. I don't see a plus side to the paper trail. They can also be found cheaper locally.
