I really didn't want to post in this thread because sometimes the truth is hard to swallow. The average IQ of blacks is somewhere around 75, globally, and mild mental retardation: IQ 50–55 to 70; children require mild support; formally called "Educable Mentally Retarded". So in a nutshell, blacks are, as whole, are very large retards. They have no self control, no mental construct of consequence and look for immediate gratification like a child does, but as they mature in their teens are all about muh dik. The 6 inches in front of my face tells me I've got some great neighbors, who are black. There's an older man and wife, both black, he's a captain, I am too...we call each other captain when we see each other. There's another family, man just stopped by and had a good chat about the paint I'm using on my boat. He wants to use the same.

There's a whole community here, of good folks, all from different walks of life.

When I was looking for a house to buy my brother checked out every detail of the house including the neighborhood, if there was one black occupied house in sight he would make me pass, I didn't understand fully then but I do now. Even the realtor agreed with him.

There are some very nice black people and there are some very nice white people. Unfortunately, most of any race are not so nice. How that manifests differs by race, neighborhood, country and accepted societal norms. What I see happening is a race to the bottom of acceptable behaviours.

Years ago I watched as a well-intentioned white guy was trying to buy investment properties in a black neighborhood. He was as non-biased, non-racist as you could be. We warned him that it may not be such a good idea. He went ahead anyway. A few months later his demeanor changed. One could see the tracks of stress and experience being etched across his face. He carried himself like a whipped puppy who knew he made a bad mistake.
