I should make this its own topic, but since all our herbs and naturalist are here atm.........

I need a good, non RX medicine way to help regulate blood pressure. I already know about the food end and exercise, etc, but any other natural remedies to help out would be nice. I dont have a major problem with, but enough of one to do something about.
I get Dr. Russell Blaylock's newsletters, and I looked up what he recommends. Here goes...

Hawthorn extract 200-500mg x 3 per day
DHA (fish oil) from a good supplier (no toxins, mercury) and Vit E 400-800 IU a day, stay away from gelatin, drain vut E into fish, coconut, or olive oil.
Quercetin 250 mg (prevents salt from increasing BP) Herspirden 250mg with Buffered vit C 1000mg x 3 per day, they have a synergistic effect on BP. Take 20 min before meal, not after.
Aged garlic extract 2 caps a day
Co-Q10 (not water soluble, mix powder into oil, olive, coconut, fish) 75-600mg a day, start low and adjust according to response.
L-Carnitine 500mg 2-3 per day
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) used to treat Tylenol poising , increases cellular glutathione. One of the cell's primary antioxidants 500-1000mg a day on empty stomach
R-Alpha-lipoic Acid 50mg a day before largest meal of the day. Can increase dosage, but watch for drop in blood sugar.

Also:
5-10 servings of vegetables per day, (blinder)
Avoid dairy products
limit salt to 3000mg per day
Avoid MSG
Complex carbs with fiber only
Avoid sugar
Avoid omega 6 fats
Drink only purified water
