Did some digging, he is mistakenly referring here to his maternal grandparents, Stanley Armour Dunham ( born 1 9 1 8 ) and Madelyn Lee Payne Dunham, pictured above.

He actually gets things wrong in speeches all the time. Then they release stories like this in the news, which really does allow him to embellish a bit. "Obama's staff corrects wwii story"
