SOURCE COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -- He's been called a racist and a liar, and convicted of trying to hire someone to kill his wife. But, a North Idaho attorney says he's none of those things - and has done nothing wrong. Now, less than a week away from his sentencing, Edgar Steele is speaking out about what he considers a vast conspiracy to put him away for life. His case has all the makings of a Hollywood thriller. It began in June 2010, with a man charged with hiring a handyman to blow up his wife's car. Cyndi Steele made a call for help from a Coeur d'Alene mechanic's shop. "I just pulled into the Quaker State oil change and they went underneath my car," she told 911 dispatchers. "They were going to do an oil change and they found a pipe bomb under my car." Prosecutors say not only did they find the bomb, they have Edgar Steele on tape, offering Larry Fairfax tens of thousands of dollars to make the hit. It didn't take long for a jury to convict Steele. Now, he's facing a sentence that could put him away for the rest of his life. "To be here is a shock. An injustice of the first order," Steele told us in a jail library last week. At the request of the U.S. Marshals, we can't tell you specifically where he's being held, just that it's a jail in North Idaho. Steele wanted to talk to us because he says his case is much more than a simple murder-for-hire. "I always thought I'd like to end my career with one big case involving real government tyranny and genuine wrong-doing that you can point to and people would be marching in the streets," Steele said. "Lo and behold - ironically - I've almost got the case and its mine." Steele made a name for himself ten years ago, representing those on the fringe. He represented the McGukins, a North Idaho family whose children held government agents at bay with guns and guard dogs for days on end. He also represented the Aryan Nations in a civil case that bankrupt the movement. You can't talk to Steele without hearing his views on race. "People live in North Idaho and they're here for the weather, they're here for the lack of population, they're here for the good shopping, they're here for the transportation," he explained. "Those are acronyms, code words, for living apart from other races. I don't use those code words. I just say I prefer to have my family live somewhere that is not riddled with the crime that comes with Mexicans and blacks living all around you." He lays out those views in his book "Defensive Racism." It's a book he sent to President Barack Obama and Justice Secretary Eric Holder after the 2008 election. "Holder had complained we needed to have this dialogue in America about race. S, I sent it to both of them saying, 'I've been trying to have this dialogue for years. Here's my book.' Did I annoy them with that? Is that what started all this perhaps? I don't know." By this, he means the corruption and conspiracy he says led to his arrest. He believes Fairfax - a man he calls an "oafish, North Idaho handyman - stole silver from him, then placed the pipe bombs under his car to kill him. When the plot didn't work, Steele says Fairfax had an ace in the hole. "I had told him about my difficulties politically with the ADL and the SPLC and the FBI," says Steele. "He knew about all that. All he had to do is make one phone call to be drafted into a scheme to put me down.... He's shrewd like a weasel. Not real bright, but shrewd and conniving." And, he says the tapes ordering the hit were doctored, made to sound like him, or spliced together from other recordings of Steele found online. This would take a lot of resources, I told him. Then, I asked what makes him so important that they would invest this much. "I've asked that question myself repeatedly," he replied. "I didn't think I was very important. But, they've been taking out the leaders of what we call the movement in America for years. And, they're almost all gone now - either in prison or dead. Now, they're down to the second-tier guys and I'm one of those guys." But, the woman overseeing his prosecution disagrees. "At the time Mr. Steele was arrested in this case, I didn't know who Edgar Steele was," says U.S. Attorney Wendy Olson. "At the time the FBI brought the case to our Coeur d'Alene branch manager's office, she was unaware of who Edgar Steele was. We simply didn't know who he was until there were allegations he was involved in criminal conduct." Olson disputes every allegation of misconduct put forth by Edgar Steele, and there are many. She disputes his contention that the government wants him put away because of who he is - an outspoken white separatist - not what he's convicted of doing. "Here we got a case where we have no victim, no damage and a a confessed perp serving his time in jail - and they want to lay 60 years on me. What's wrong with this picture?" asked Steele. "There's something else going on." "He was attempting, according to the evidence introduced at trial, to hire someone to kill his wife. We will always take those crimes seriously," says Olson. "We have treated murder-for-hire cases seriously in this district througout the time I have been with the US Attorney's office." And, what about his wife? Edgar Steele still wears his wedding ring and talks to Cyndi every day. He says her loyalty proves he'd never want her dead. "My wife is a sweetheart. A heart of gold. Every time I see her, my heart leaps up," he said. "She's my buddy - my partner, my lover, my co-worker... she's a part of me. I can't imagine life without her." But, it's a reality he may need to get used to. He faces between 40 and 70 years in prison at his sentencing on November 9th. The government is recommending 50 years. "At my age, 10 years in prison is a death sentence. It doesn't matter what they give me," he said. "Hell, give me a thousand years, Judge. Put me in the Guiness Book of World Records - it doesn't matter to me!" Steele says he's not sure how far up the ladder the government corruption goes, just that it's time America knows what he's been warning about for years. He points to the Occupy Wall Street movement as citizens rising up to take back their country; it's the kind of revolution he's been waiting for. He's asked a judge to give him a new trial. He believes he can win with new prosecutors, a new defense lawyer and a new judge. I asked if he thinks the judge in his case is corrupt. He leaned back and said, "I can't say that. I mean, I'm not allowed to say that. It would literally be illegal for me to say that... He's certainly been guilty of several cases of judicial misconduct." And, remember what Steele said about ending his career with that "one big case?" I asked him - is he turning this simple criminal matter into something much bigger? He says he doesn't have to; the government already has. "Why would they come after me?" he asked. "They go after people all the time, you just don't believe it. You think, 'my government wouldn't do that, my government wouldn't go after my fellow citizens.' Wrong.'" Steele and his new attorney have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene and investigate claims his letters and conversations with his attorneys were improperly listened to by federal agents, then used against him at trial. They've also asked that his sentencing be put on hold while the justices consider his request. If that does not happen, he'll be sentenced Tuesday morning in Coeur d'Alene. STORY UPDATE: About half an hour before this story was published, Edgar Steele's wife, Cyndi, sent the following note to Melissa Luck about this story. Below is her statement. Dear Ms. Luck Caught the 5:00 pm preview discussion regarding my husband’s interview at 6:00 pm tonight. I just want to state for the record, that my husband is innocent and I don’t say that blindly, because I, the government’s “alleged victim,” will not put my life at risk for anyone. The only people that have victimized me is the FBI, the prosecutors and the court. They have done nothing but lie and have run this case with nothing but judicial misconduct, including violating the 5th and 6th Amendments rights by invading his attorney-client privileges and then some. So, when they wrongly sentence my husband, they are wrongly sentencing me as well, by depriving me the rest of my life with my husband and destroying a family that was a happy, solid and loving before his wrongful arrest. Sincerely, Cyndi Steele RELATED VIDEOS: Edgar Steele Interview Part 1: Jail And Conviction Edgar Steele Interview Part 2: Taking Out Leaders Of The Movement Edgar Steele Interview Part 3: Corruption And Conspiracy Edgar Steele Interview Part 4: "Are You Guilty Of Anything?" |

Americans never heard of Edgar Steele let alone read his book. Ken Overstreet Truly a Judicial Atrocity. A judge admitting bogus tape recordings at the trial and then denying an expert witness at a trial for the defense. Collaborating with the prosecutor. Reading Edgar' legal mail. Denying him access to talk to his legal council. Trying to continue with the prosecution even after someone has confessed to the crime. Sounds more like some KGB tribunal back in 1930 or something. And I can't believe the kook who says he had a stroke induced brain damage, then got over it, then conspired to murder the wife he had been happily married to, then managed to appear sane in the video... where do they get these people. Couldn't make this kind of stuff up in a cartoon. True AntiChrists at work, doing what they do best. |

Those on the leading edge of reality know the white race is an endangered species. Butler said so. Steele knows it. And the SPLC wanted its trophy. There is a lot of bad blood left over from those days, and the government's decision to kill Steele slowly is a laboratory example of why. Meanwhile, no harm, no foul - obviously too intense in its simplicity for the sycophants of power and their corruption of justice. It would probably be a clean sweep for most people they nuke on bogus evidence with useful idiots in the mix. But Steele being a lawyer has made a mess of things and while they get their cleanup on aisle nine the story is still being written.

Edgar Steele sentenced to 50 years in murder-for-hire scheme
By Steve Bertel CREATED 1:24 PM ![]() Edgar Steele, 65, of Sagle, Idaho, was sentenced in United States District Court Wednesday to 50 years in prison for using interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder-for-hire, use of explosive material to commit a federal felony, possession of a destructive device in relation to a crime of violence, and tampering with a victim, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered Steele to serve three years of supervised release and pay a total of $2,836.91 in restitution to the State of Idaho Military Division, Quik Lube, and Cyndi Steele. On Tuesday, in a written order, the district court rejected Steele's contentions that prosecutors or FBI agents engaged in misconduct by reviewing attorney-client communications or failing to disclose exculpatory evidence. The district court also rejected Steele's contention that an FBI agent manipulated the recordings in which Steele made statements suggesting his own guilt. “Steele was given ample opportunity during the [pretrial] hearing and trial to test the authenticity of the recordings,” wrote the court. “And Steele does not present any additional evidence to persuade the Court that another hearing on this issue is warranted.” Following a seven-day trial, Steele was convicted on all counts on May 5, 2011. At trial, the jury heard audio tapes of Steele making statements to Larry Fairfax, the person he tried to hire, confirming his participation in the murder-for-hire plot. Fairfax testified at trial that he had worked as a handyman for Steele and his wife. He testified that Steele paid him approximately $10,000 in silver coins as a down payment to kill Steele's wife and mother-in-law. Fairfax also testified that he had installed the pipe bomb on Mrs. Steele's car in May 2010 at Edgar Steele's direction. Fairfax pled guilty and was sentenced in May to 27 months in prison for possession of an unregistered firearm and manufacturing a firearm. In a statement released Wednesday, U.S. Attorney Olson said, “[T]he long prison sentence imposed by the Court . . . sends a necessary and strong message that trying to hire a person to commit murder, that use of a destructive device to achieve that end, is depraved and violent conduct that will be dealt with swiftly and severely by the criminal justice system. Through his conduct, including his attempts to influence a witness, Mr. Steele earned every month in prison to which the district court sentenced him.” “Mr. Steele represents a clear danger to society and today's sentence ensures he will no longer pose a threat to our community and its residents,” said Supervisory Senior Resident Agent Don Robinson, supervisor of the Coeur d'Alene office of the FBI and the North Idaho Violent Crime Task Force. The Steele case was investigated by members of the North Idaho Violent Crime Task Force (NIVCTF) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The NIVCTF’s members include the FBI, Idaho State Police, Kootenai County Sheriff's Department, Shoshone County Sheriff's Office, Bonner County Sheriff's Office, Coeur d'Alene Police Department, Post Falls Police Department, and the Coeur d’Alene Tribal Police Department, and is tasked with investigating a myriad of violent crimes to include armed robbery, kidnaping, felonious assault and drug trafficking. http://www.kivitv.com/news/local/133556738.html |

Steele is a legend with some great classic articles out there,
he was promoting physical Ag ownership as well, which also resulted in his demise, and a lesson to all to stay anonymous. Steele did a service, contributed to everyone's education. He got totally shafted, you are all next, Talmud Law . He was also researching Jewish White Slavery, which is part of this case as well, the tables were turned on him. Knowing Steele and his case is important. Book, you were posting Steele articles if I recall correct, or some of your greatest friends/allies were at one point. If no one will remember Steele and learn and move forward nobody will remember Book by the same reasoning, and nobody will remember what they learned online, to which we played our small parts. The Web is their number one enemy. So by this reasoning Book is wrong here. Steele has a wide audience, and a huge motivated White Nationalist audience, people that have always been leaders online exposing the corruption. |

I'm sure you could fit a kung-fu guy somewhere into the script, for added excitement. You could make the hired hitmen from a Chinese kung-fu gang. Dux is the Martial Artist played by Jean Van Damme in the movie Blood Sport. he had a skill level comparable to Bruce Lee but he didn't do movies, he just fought in full-contact tournaments. "Frank Dux takes on the IDF". i'd like that. |

I think I'll resurrect this thread that shows who the real book is.
It pays to be an FBI Terrorist Bomber February 21, 2012 By the FES Admins What's that you say; it's “sour grapes” from Edgar Steele's family and supporters when they observe that FBI informant Larry Fairfax soon faces release from his barely 24-month incarceration? Sorry, it goes much deeper than sour grapes when the facts are compared, as we'll see in a moment. It's likely most readers of this piece already know the back-story, but if not, please visit the Free Edgar Steele web site for more info. In brief, north Idaho's Edgar Steele is framed by his handyman Larry Fairfax in a fabricated “murder-for-hire” plot; the “System” jails Fairfax with a hand-slap sentence; the “System” efficiently denies Steele any resemblance of a fair trial or justice with the judge repeatedly saying: “Don’t do anything to make the government look bad” and convicts him of all counts; Steele, age 66, is serving 50 years. Fairfax will be released in about 3 months from the date of this writing. Let's observe the facts about the life of Fairfax as the tool of the Amerikan FBI and court system... During the past 20-some months, Mr. Fairfax has been a general-population inmate. During the same time frame, Mr. Steele has been subjected to special solitary confinement, mail interception, loss of client-attorney privacy and minimal access to medical support. Mr. Fairfax admitted he put the bomb on Mr. Steele's wife Cyndi's SUV with intent to murder her and confessed in court that he assembled and attached the device. Mr. Steele was charged with “possession of an explosive device with intent to kill” when the evidence proved he never possessed the components to construct any bomb. Mr. Fairfax – given a sweet-deal by the Federal prosecution – was never charged with attempted murder or any charge that could result in a serious 10-year sentence. Mr. Steele's efforts to prove his complete innocence by analysis of critical evidence was derailed at every turn by a Judge and Prosecution who are, by federal law, entitled to receive bonus pay for convictions. Mr. Fairfax was assigned to a facility in western Washington and has now been transitioned into a residential reentry center (RRC) , which rivals some decent hotel environments, for the remaining few months of his sentence. Mr. Steele, designated as a low security, non-violent risk, has been sent to southern California, to a high security facility with jet fuel in the ground water that causes Astrocytoma, a spine and brain forming tumor without cure, that kills its victims and is seriously suspect, if not ultimately lethal, to the health of inmates. It's unknown if Mr. Fairfax has received visits from his family (a long day's drive from his north Idaho home). It's known that Mr. Steele is denied contact of any form with his wife, because the Bureau of Prisons is concerned about some fictitious “danger” to the security of the facility. In his transitional halfway house, the federal government says: Mr. Fairfax will receive employment counseling, job placement, financial management assistance, and other programs and services in a safe, structured, supervised environment. In his distant prison, Mr. Steele continues to be denied attorney-client privacy and his correspondence is opened without his knowledge, is monitored, and sometimes “lost” before he ever gets it. When released in a few weeks, Mr. Fairfax may return to his 'ole stomping grounds. If Cyndi Steele remains at her home, only a few miles away from her ex-handyman-bomber, she is worried about her own safety and security because the federal government stated that they would “NOT provide her any protection, whatsoever.” (So much for “victim protection”.) She feels forced to move away from their home of 15 years in order to secure her own safety from the FBI confidential informant, who is the FBI’s asset and tool that facilitated this whole, sordid fiasco because the SPLC demanded that the FBI bring Edgar Steele down. What the Hey? Fairfax needed money to pay up the foreclosure on his house and a way to cover up his theft of $45,000 in silver bullion, so one hand was washing the other. These points and others have nothing to do with “sour grapes.” These points have everything to do with the side of Amerikan corruption you happen to fall on. For all the bumbling, all the private court “sidebar” conversations to which Mr. Steele was excluded, all the glaring misconduct in the courtroom, all the US Marshall heavy-handedness handling Mr. Steele, our government has the armed thugs and money to intimidate anyone and the motivation to silence whichever citizen they select. How soon will you or I be next to get the “Steele Treatment"? We remain outraged at Mr. Fairfax receiving a paltry 2 year sentence for his crimes, due to the “System” (Government) not charging him with "attempted murder" for planting a bomb on a vehicle that literally endangered thousands of lives. What terrorism is the FBI really protecting us from? There is no question whatsoever that Mr. Steele – jailed for speaking politically incorrect truth – has been targeted to be an example and a warning to others. Let’s face it, Mr. Steele is nothing more than a political prisoner. The Steele camp lost the skirmish, sorry to say, but, we will win the battle. Fairfax halfway house: |

Americans never heard of Edgar Steele let alone read his book. we waste our time on this thread...lol. http://www.ktvb.com/news/crime/133559133.html On the local Boise teevee news station for about 15 seconds only because the trial happened here. Won't even be mentioned on the national news stations. Edgar who? fifty year sentence A sea of White faces adoring the negro who they elected President of the United States. they never heard of Edgar Steele I say it is a shame that book has no sense of social justice. A man is framed and he mocks those of us who try to spread the word. Book is glad to see Mr. Steele put away and now wants to bury him out of sight out of mind. |
