Plans outlined to lower population and destroy the Family:

-Postpone or avoid marriage - check
-Alter image of ideal family size - check
-Compulsory education of children - check
-Encourage increased homosexuality - double check
-Educate for family limitation - check
-Fertility control agents in water supply - double check
