Madoff is a bad example of Ponzi schemes.

the only proof of fraud is his confession. this is the way the law is rigged.

by confessing to fraud, Madoff caused to be activated laws whereby his all-Jewish client list was re-imbursed for all their losses in the 2007/8/9 downturn.

at US taxpayer (Gentile) expense.

http://iamthewitness.com/

had a great interview about it a year ago.

by confessing to fraud, Madoff raised about $65 Billion in compensation for his poor de-frauded all-Jewish clients.

there was no proof of the fraud, other than his confession and perhaps some corroborating testimony from his sons.

I didn't call anyone stupid, I just pointed out there are in fact alternatives. The grocery store will in fact take those at face value.
So would I. Do you have any to trade under those conditions?
Do you go to the grocery store or any retail establishment? How do you aquire goods from there?
I don't acquire goods. I get them from a corporation. They belong to the corporation.
If you earn SAEs/GAEs you must either use them at face value or sell them first to another and then use the proceeds to aqurire said goods.
I have not had any successes working for SAEs or GAEs. Have you? If so share your method.
I believe they've delegated that authority away. So why should I ask them?
They are not authorized to delegate some things. That is one of them.
Yes, I do matter, but I really don't care what someone takes in trade with me for goods or services in a private transaction. Be that transaction made with paper, gold, silver, or even sticks or stones.
If we each have something the other wants, we make the swap and go our ways.
As long as both parties are happy, no harm no foul.
The other party can only grant the interest they have in any item, no more, sometime less. I could sell you a quit claim to the Brooklyn Bridge that would be as good as gold and quite legitimate. All I have traded with you is my promise not to claim the Brooklyn Bridge. You have to be smart enough to know that that is ALL you are buying.
How could you possibly know if I am that, or not? I vote for not.
Quite easily. You choose to argue and that is a trait of a slave.
That's not a good test as anything from anyone can be seized.
Temporarily. In law possession and ownership are frequently separated. In law they eventually come back together again eventually, that is, unless you don't truly OWN that thing.
Give me sufficient fire power and I can take anything from anyone, including you. Be I right or wrong.
While I, with the power of the law, can take it back and get you incarcerated for a long while, if I can be shown to be the lawful owner.
I'm willing to protect my life with my blood, and my posessions with yours.
Should you be proposing violence then you can enjoy your ownership at leisure ... 20 to life.
As I already said, with enough resources, I can take anything I want.
Given the frequency of this then the severity will follow shortly.
How do you use something without enjoyment?

As example, if I use your bigscreen TV to watch the game, how can I not enjoy myself while doing so?
Especially if I'm drinking your beer too. lol
You understand that it is not yours to enjoy.

Maybe you're cattle, but I'm a King. See? It says so right over there on the left side. Kings have property Rights.
You've been deposed.
I'm not the one theorizing. You said yourself that yours is but opinion, and not necessarily fact.
Facts are on the moon.

'time bomb' & 'explode' make for a better headline than "banks will fail in cascading series involving counterparty risk."

we all saw what counterparty risk means in 2007-2008. banks write insurance contracts they can't back, confident that the US gov. will bail them out.

and when they write the contracts, they make the obvious mistake of assuming that all of the insurance could not come due at once. in the mean-time, they are happy to collect premiums on the insurance - it's an advanced form of usury.

then there's the obvious implication - if the US gov is going to bail them out without increasing the deficit faster than Congress can raise the debt ceiling, they will HAVE to print money.

both those terms, "counterparty risk" and "Print Money" - you would think they would make people appreciate PM's more. PM's are getting more popular but i don't see them getting widely popular.

makes me wonder if US agribiz is putting fluoride in the milk - and the beer - and the orange juice. 280+ million saw 2007/8 go down, but many of them have managed to convince themselves that the economy is better because the stock market is 'up'.

meanwhile, half of America is living paycheck to paycheck or welfare check to welfare check, and doesn't have the FRN's with which to buy PM's.

since we can see some of what's going on, i wonder what will be different tomorrow or in a few weeks when the House of Cards falls again. we get of taste of it with Belgium nationalizing Dexia and the EU & EFSF creating a bail-out fund somewhere between 400 billion & 3 trillion Euro's. seems like Europe is just doing what the US did - print money to bail out the children who run the banks (no offense to children, at least they're innocent).
And the whole scam was deemed legit, because no one from AIG or the rating agencies went up the river.

Clearly the entire charade is being floated along much, much longer than it legitimately should. But with friends in high places, your B.S. can continue to be propped up beyond all rational expectations.

Pigs (Three Different Ones) (Waters) 11:26

Big man, pig man, ha ha charade you are.
You well heeled big wheel, ha ha charade you are.
And when your hand is on your heart,
You're nearly a good laugh,
Almost a joker,
With your head down in the pig bin,
Saying "Keep on digging."
Pig stain on your fat chin.
What do you hope to find.
When you're down in the pig mine.
You're nearly a laugh,
You're nearly a laugh
But you're really a cry.

Bus stop rat bag, ha ha charade you are.
You fucked up old hag, ha ha charade you are.
You radiate cold shafts of broken glass.
You're nearly a good laugh,
Almost worth a quick grin.
You like the feel of steel,
You're hot stuff with a hatpin,
And good fun with a hand gun.
You're nearly a laugh,
You're nearly a laugh
But you're really a cry.

Hey you, Whitehouse,
Ha ha charade you are.
You house proud town mouse,
Ha ha charade you are
You're trying to keep our feelings off the street.
You're nearly a real treat,
All tight lips and cold feet
And do you feel abused?
.....! .....! .....! .....!
You gotta stem the evil tide,
And keep it all on the inside.
Mary you're nearly a treat,
Mary you're nearly a treat
But you're really a cry.
