It allready happened a month ago, but no-one thought it happened, so it didn't happen!

Now PM's are bound to go up!

Only to the extent that the short sellers will allow a rise in price. Just remember the too big to fails are trying to buy up all the remaining gold and silver at bargain basement prices.
