Very nice....after have steamed them,you can prepare a good "sugo" for pasta...
Just take away the tender part...fry some onion in olive oil,untill starting getting goldy....put artichokes 10 seconds turning everything(quite high fire) and add white wine(pay attention not burn the house..:-)),just a little...let it evaporate and add milk and let it go until is a cream(adding milk if becames too dry and if its not eough...if remain too liquid add simply some flour mixed with butter)...aside cut smoked provola cheese in very small pieces.... When pasta is ready,mix it with sugo and at the end add provola....enjoy!!!!! |
