Default UK Police force ditches Imprezas...for the Lexus IS-F?!?
You cannot possibly tell me that this was a prudent use of tax dollars. I love how they basically say "Oh, well we tested this for 12 months and loved it!" Duh, who wouldn't?

The IS-F is a hoot to drive, I'll give them that. My cousin has one.

If I were Lexus, I'd donate the vehicles just for PR.

The UK police spend millions on stuff like this, and then, when they nab a car theif for example, they give them 3 penalty points and a £500 fine.
What's wrong with Imprezas and Evos? Surely it can't be that hard to stop a 14-year-old in a Vauxhall Belmont.

Doesn't sound like the IS-F could meet their needs any better than a IS350. I'd be pissed about this if I were living there. Not to mention the cars are imported...
