Anyone one on here renting in the Kenosha or Racine area?
If so, what kind of place, location, and monthly cost is it? (If you don't mind telling me)

Not that you've asked, but Oak Creek seems to be considerably more expensive than Kenosha. I know a guy here at work who is renging near downtown Kenosha for pretty cheap I think, like $500/mo but the place isn't that great.

What I've gathered so far from 2 coworkers: A two bedroom at the place off 50 by Woodmans is $1100 and a one bedroom at the place on Hwy H (just before getting to Hwy C) is $860 a month. Both include a parking spot in an underground garage.

The reason I ask is that I'm looking at renting my condo. I couldn't compete with places like $500 in downtown Kenosha, but then again I'm in a nice area (the type of place where you don't have to panic if you leave your car windows down).
I'm curious what the going rate in the area is, I'm thinking I could undercut the apartment complexes prices and hopefully get a renter that wont destroy the place.
