something messed up and got registered for sunday, oh well still gonna do it! lol Greg, when are you going to start? Ricky yeah i do have a team, if you want to join youre more than welcome. Theres me plus two of my buddies and one girl i used to work with.

I'm also signed up for the Color Run in the twin cities on 7/15. 5k, wear white, and they throw chalky color at everyone at every 1k. Good light hearted race.

Thinking of signing up for the Summerfest Rock 'n Sole run again. Not sure 5k or 1/4 marathon.

You should be able to sign in on the tough mudder website to "manage your team". And find all of the details there

Tough Mudder, a 10-12mi run with 25 obstacles.

Some of which include:
lots of volts electrocution wires
run through swamp carrying log
greased monkey bars
trot through kerosine soaked burning hay path
