Christopher Nolan + Jonathan Nolan + Christian Bale + Hugh Jackman + Scartlett Johannson + Michael Caine = FTW.
I dunno how many of you saw this movie or want to, but it was AWESOME. Like Memento, I came out of the theater a bit stunned, but as i thought about the movie more and more, it just became better and better. I won't go too far into details for fear of ruining it for you guys, but if you do go watch it (which, well, all of you should) take the first line of the movie with heed: Are you watching closely?

Shouldn't this belong in the movie thread? None the less, I've herd great things about this movie and with Scarlett Johannson in it it couldn't possibly be a bad movie.

She's okay. I mean don't get me wrong, Scarlett Johansson is pretty damn good-looking, but there are far better-looking women in Hollywood.
Anyway, on topic, this movie looks amazing. A movie class on campus got an advanced screening, and everyone said it was great. I'll definitely be seeing it.
On that note, I saw The Departed this weekend, which was terrific... the best movie I've seen in lord-knows-how-long. I highly recommend it.

Hm, I did not like The Departed what so ever, but then again that's because I was constantly comparing it against it's much, much superior original, Infernal Affairs.

I've been kinda awaiting this movie since they started filming it a year ago. It's great to hear that it turned well. I'm gonna watch it today

As for Scarlet Johannson, I think she has a funny snout ;-P
We could start a favorite-movie-of-the-year thread ?

i have to watch it again, cause after watching it the first time i kept on un ravaling about it, like oh so thats y he did this or that
yeh so im gonna watch it again so i wont be at the edge of my seat
