I certainly found it humorous, but before you call Asian people stupid or crappy at translations...
3rd slide: "r" and "l" have the same sound and they have many cognants from the English language. Same for the 13th.
17th slide: That ones from Taipei's (errr I mean Taoyuan's) airport, and I've never noticed that! Wow. I suck.
A lot of the things are literal translations, too. Which is why a lot of them are really weird.
