Default MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR
Well, the season is here, some people are out on holidays now, others are still working/studying but will soon go out, others will keep on working - but the season is here and it is time to say something whilst we're all still here and not out overseas or somewhere.
A Little Christmas thought:
You are here, maybe feeling the love arround you due to this season, maybe feeling sad, lonely, maybe feeling like every other day. Whatever we feel, we have to consider ourselves fortunate, for out of 6,000 Million people on earth, barely 3000 Million will be celebrating. Every few seconds, a child somewhere will be dying of hunger. In this season, the number of suicides in desperate homes increases due to families extremely concerned about not being able to take even food to their children on christmas day. More than half of the world's population lives in terrible conditions. You get the idea. It had to be said.
My call is not to depress you, make you feel guilty or say what you have heard a thousand times before. But remember all those times this year when you lost your temper over having to do work that you weren't supposed to have to do? Remember all those times where you fought with your parents over some insignificant issue? Remember how many times you have lost your temper at all this year? Lets be honest, it wasnt worth it, was it? May this season put in perspective your struggles with anyone at all, and may you leave shame behind and come to them and share with them - and forgive. Dont be afraid to speak your mind - nobody will ever remember you for your secret thoughts.
And My Message To All of you
Merry Christmas car lovers, thank you for one more year of interesting discussion, of chat, of help; thanks for another year of showing yourselves by who you are whilst talking and discussing about our passion - cars. Thanks for the support - to those who knew me a little better - in moving out of home and starting a new independant life at the other end of the world, for helping me improve in my photoshop and drawing skills. All in all, THANKS AND I WISH YOU ALL A VERY HAPPY 2006 AND A GREAT CHRISTMAS SEASON.
Please use this thread for...
Droping your Christmas & New year wishes to everyone if you like, or even better, fear not to say a few words to anyone you appreciate or respect very much in here - and we all have people who we respect or appreciate more. Well, chance to say thanks for such and such this year, merry christmas and happy new year.
and I will say a couple of less general things to a few people in here myself. Hope you guys join in

Feliz Navidad Strawberry. Have a great time and go easy on the egg-nogg. BTW, if you are looking for rosca de huevo, just ask for challa bread.

...And here's my not so general Christmas notes...
BTW sorry if someone doesnt like me speaking what I think and/or feel. Its the way I am.
Geary: Thanks most of all for taking the step forward and agreing to meet up and becoming my first aussie real life friend Thanks a lot as well for the incredible amount of help with photoshop. I wish you a very happy new year, hope to see more of your chops on Sydney Morning Herald and wish you luck with your school work, and hope next year I dont hear too much about a red Mazda 2 on L plates causing trouble in Sydney . Hope to eventually see you agin sometime, Merry Christmas mate.
Player 4: Thanks for your help Jorge, you have helped me trust myself and I appreciate that and always will. You have grown more than anyone this year, you are now working and have a car and overcoming any difficulties. Have a Merry Christmas and hope to see, and wish that you succeed in 2006.
Naga, Santeno, Andre, Knicks In one way or the other I have spoken to you more this year and in one way or the other you have shown more of yourselves this year. Thanks for showing yourselves, your worries and concerns and for lending a helping hand this year, for being fair and rightful and open minded. Wish you all a happy christmas. Andre I respect you very much, and I know you went through not so good moments this year. I wish the very best for you and your family on 2006. Best wishes.
Reppu Thanks for the chat, the support and hope we get to speak even more in 2006. Wish you luck and a very happy season.
SV, Zwei, Nick, AidanLynch, carsrtheworld, revilo, Domino, Nath, Top Secret, nodnarb, ricerammer and so many others that have been friendly to me and sometimes given me help here and there. Hope you guys achieve whatever you are trying to, and please dont hesitate to ask for help. I do not mind saying that I appreciate you guys and I really wish you have a nice holiday time and a year 2006 to remember positively.
Hornbag! Surprised? Well mate, its all about that. I have learnt to respect you very much actually, and I just wanted to say that to you. Merry christmas mate, good luck.
all the rest I do wish you the best for next year. merry christmas everyone.

Hey Super!!!!! Right to the heart my friend. As usual, you speak wise. I will not wish you luck for next year because you are the fighting kind and i'm sure you will not need it if you keep true to yourself. Si vienes a Espaa, ya sabes a quien llamar!!!!!
You and Hornbag were the only people i've had direct contact with (i wish i can change that in 2006). So for you both specially and for all members in general: merrrrrrry christmas, i hope you get all the presents you wish!!!

Merry Christmas Superfresa. Happy New Year, wish you have a great 2006. Thanks for the kind words. Same to you.
To everyone else, the same as above. As well as Happy Chanukah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Boxing Day, and everything else I have missed that applied to our CSS members
It has been a good year in 2005, for the most part . I have grown and learned some new and cool stuff in here, and I believe the same can be said for many of us. Enjoy the holidays, where ever you might be - have lots of fun but don't get too crazy

Yup, as you can see there are freaks in here who contrary to what people usually do, dont care to speak what they think - like me
Thanks for the wishes everyone, please dont fear to wish anyone in particular a happy christmas..

Geary - I cant race you, sorry. You're an L plater and you have to stick to 80kph with a responsible adult next to you..... Muahahahhaha
OK, OK, I'll race you. Can we include a lake in the racecourse? C'mon, It'll be fun, like a rally... Too bad Toyota has a rally team and mazda doesnt
(For those of you who are lost, this is what we're talking about http://www.carspyshots.net/zer...age=1 )

Why do people say 'Aussie-land' anyway? We don't say 'Yank-land' or 'Pommy-land' do we?
Actually, scratch that last one - I do say that from time to time.
Anyway, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everybody on CSS, especially the Aussies - Hornbag, Geary, Gian05, scorpio14, geary and our adopted son, Superfresa! Hope you have a good one folks.
