Im pretty sure its doctored. I saw the same black Isuzu Crosswind pass by several times, especially at the end where it went of screen, came back on screen in the opposing direction right after that, and then again across the screen. I think that they added more people and vehicles, and it would be easy judging by the grainy quality of the video. Unless everyone in Saigon drives black Isuzu Crosswinds.

I cant make out the plates, its too grainy, another sign of possible doctoring. But this time, I counted the same black Crosswind 5 or 6 times, and two of those times it was like one after the other. Also, alot of the same little white sedan. They could add in these images moving across the screen. Its so grainy you can't even see the wheels moving most of the time. |

Sorry dude, I went thought the whole thing. The only peice that a computer touched was the lettering and high the compression of the video. The video shows it has a slow frame rate with bad resolution. Add that to the compressed file and you got a crappy video that you can't make anything out of. But it looks real even if it is a bit odd. |
