This year was my freshman year, and I did pretty well I think:
Semester One:
English A-
World History A
Band and Choir A/A
Advertising A+
Semester Two:
Physical Science A
Algebra A-
Band and Choir A/A
French 2 A+
GPA - our school does it weird, we do ours out of 6.0, and I have a 6.0550, and I do not know what that is on a 4.0 scale
Also, the reason band and choir are the same block is because they rotate every other day
It seems we have many smart people here

I always manage to get an 89 in math. Even though I am taking more higher level classes than average. But I'm taking calculus this next year and they say that it is very easy to get an A in that. But all my other grades are great. But I spend too little time studying and too much time in extracurricular activites. I wonder what all the extracurriculur activities that y'all do are. I'll make a thread on that, im interested to learn more about everyone.

I do get As, but I don't pull off straight-As. Then again, I do the minimal effort required. So I'm still proud of my grades.

I don't know what A-level students are but I finished college with honors 3.46 (don't know how I did but I certaintly don't deserve it - I'm not an A student by any means), yet I still partied hard during my college years
To all going to college now or soon, balance your academic and social - work hard, but at the same time have your fun and relax. Trust me and many others who have been there, college is a fun time so take advantage of it...hey you only live once, or so have I told
Just my advice to y'all

Im in a medical high school program so i have harder classes and such so it doesnt come out to straight A's by itself but if the AP and honors weight is counted my GPA should be about 4.4

i'm in 8th grade (or i was), and i got all As on each report card...my final grades weren't so good though, at least for the first simester: an 88 in science, an 87 in french and a 72 in algebra. for the end-of-year final, i got a 96 in algebra, a 98 in french and an 86 in science (yeah, i studied more the second time). i just hope high school won't be too much harder
