I don't really get how the American school system works.
Do American schools have the big holiday in the June-July-August period? If not, why is the summer holidays such a big thing?
In Australia, we have the big holidays in November-December-January.

Default Summer resolutions
Well, the school year is ending, and its time to make those summer resolutions. What MUST you do this summer?
Me? Get a job. hehe.
Oh and I completed alot of my goals for this year! I won senior class treasurer, band treasurer, made National Honor Society, made it to state in DI and solo and ensemble, regional in UIL social studies and current events, and kept my grades up too. So im very happy, and am looking forward to a great summer! 3 more days left of school!

I hear that. when your young and fancy free you want to do all this stuff you can't afford and give your girlfriends expensive gifts. when you are older and can actually afford to do all these things, you tend to lack the time to do them, and strangely, your wife preffers a nice mixer/food processor instead of jewelery. Oh well... Gotta love it.

Since im going into Junior year next year i got a few SAT classes lined up, going to continue working as a technicion in a pharmacy, pretty decent place to work but its the pay thats keeping me there $12 an hour. The rest of the time will be doing what i do best--being lazy.
Out of all of that i my resolution is to waste as much time as possible, make enough money for a decent car and other goodies and maybe going to Europe
