Default Worth It?
In about a week I'll be on a 30hour road trip with 5 guys on a high protein diet, heading to the Great American Beer Festival in Denver CO. To make the trip bearable, I am considering being drunk the entire way. Also, I was thinking about getting these for the iPad to watch movies on. Thoughts?

Bad move? Why do you want to try and watch a movie while looking at 5 other guys.
Get the non transparent ones:

What are you riding in? If your diet will be as high protein as you think, a gas mask might be in order.

Oh, and jerky chew... lots and lots of jerky chew. It is just finely shredded beef jerky, that allows for more jerky taste, without all the jerky fullness. And when you are going through the south, you can hide among the locals by stuffing it in your lip like dip.

Hopefully in some sort of convertible. A high protein diet for 5 guys in one car is a recipe for disaster.

I don't suffer myself, and you may not either, but it sounds like a recipe for travel sickness?!?

Worth it if you were planning on using it with your computer to take advantage of the sensors and 3D after the trip. Those two features would go to waste if you were only going to use it on the iPad.

Also, do you have to buy a battery pack separately? I would also make sure that you could use the HDMI connection to DVI with the iPad so you don't have to deal with component or composite.

outerwear will do for now, lows are dipping into the 40s now and highs are barely making the 70's.
