1. The guy is 64 years old, he had a good "penis" life
2. The guy cannot read, and refused to have a family member read the release form that he signed (which stated they could do additional surgery if need be).
3. The man is probably alive due to the surgery, and is now cancer free

Not if I had life threatening cancer, was 64 years old, was illiterate, and signed a form without first consulting someone to read it for me. It appears as if the jury agrees with me. And lets face it, this guy isn't going to use it any way.

Not to mention if he hadn't performed the additional surgery, it would have been very likely that the mans family would have sued the doctor for negligence via improper diagnosis.

While I agree on this part, it was wrong for the doctor not to let him know before performing. Think about it, how would you feel if you went in for a routine operation and woke up to find your penis missing?
