Default Bleeping pricks
This has me so furious.

I got up this morning and prepared for work as usual. So I go to take my dog for a walk and I immediately noticed a fire extinguisher next to my car. Didn't think much of it at first.

But once I got closer, I noticed something wrong with my car. Turns out some @$#hole used the fire extinguisher to dent up my car. I now have about a dozen dents all around my car in just about every fender and a huge dent on top of my passenger side door. They even put a dent on my roof. My rear passenger side window is shattered (but was still whole) and I have large scratches on my driver window and windshield.

Luckily they did not get into my car, so nothing was stolen. But it's still going to cost me $1000 (my comprehension deductible) to have it all fixed.

I don't understand why someone would do that to someone else they don't even know. I keep to myself around the complex, and I haven't done anything that would make me enemies. What's odd is my car was in the parking spot directly under a lamp. It was the most visible in the area. It's almost like they did it on a dare or something.

The complex has also had problems with people vandalizing the fire extinguishers in other areas and has even put out a reward for the arrest of these individuals. Even if they catch those people, there's no way to prove they were responsible for the damage on my car.

It's infuriating.

I'll post a pic later.

That sucks dude, it really does. Seeing your car after it has been vandalised is one of the most disheartening yet enraging things that can happen to a person.

The cops probably won't do anything, but I hope someone catches the f***ers responsible and makes them pay.

Uhm fingerprints on the Fire extinguisher, color rubbings from such on your car in the dents that prove that the damage was done by the extinguisher.

I don't think I can get my hands on the extinguisher again. I was waiting for the police to show up, but they never showed up after an hour and half and I had to go to work.

However, I'm going to talk to my neighbor about setting up a motion camera to overlook the parking area. Maybe we can catch them in the future.

Is there any way that insurance would cover the damages? Property damage is such a cowardly thing to do.

Yah, Insurance will cover most of the cost, it's covered under comprehensive insurance. But my deductible is $1000, so I have no choice but to pay that portion. The windshield alone will probably cost more to replace.

That sucks. In Florida the insurance company is required to replace your windshield free of charge, regardless of damage.

Here's an image that shows some of the damage. The tree reflection kinda masks some of it though. There's more on the other side of the car as well.

That's crap!
Some douche bag egged my car the other day and it was on the passenger side of the car so I had no idea it was there until after it baked in the sun all day... I think it messed up the paint as now it doesn't look quite right.

Just need the prints to identify the victim of a mysterious GBH assault.

I thought it was bad when I read your desciption, but now seeing that its VW 2010 Golf, I feel even angrier. Nice new car ruined unless expensively repaired.

Somebody keyed my car a few weeks ago, very very deep scratch stretching across the whole length of the car - there are some real assholes out there.
