Maybe a little harsh. What's the best website for the Samsung galaxy s2 community?

u might wanna get rid of the touchwiz launcher if u don't like it. u can replace it with anyone of your choice. look around the xda forums. things like ADW (EX for the paid version) and Launcher Pro (Plus for the paid version) are reasonably fast and smooth altho ADW does support launcher themeing.

or if u had liked the launcher on the arc u can get that too.

make sure whatever that u get that's not from the market supports HDPI. really i can't stress that enough here
