I've never driven or been driven in a supercar. And since it's unlikely that I'll ever be able to afford (purchase AND maintain) a new supercar without completely blowing my savings and retirement fund...maybe my next best bet is this:

you could always hire one for a weekend without doing too much damage to the bank balance, dam sight cheaper than owning one anyways.

I'd be jealous too. That is the one car that really want! Most other cars I could honestly almost care less about.

What year is it? Looks like it has the 8.3L motor in it. I want the newer ones with the 8.4L. I hope I end up falling in love with the next generation Viper.

I've been driven in a ferrari 360 spider (the noise at full beans is one you'll never forget) and a porsche 911 carrera 4 (fast but characterless from the passenger seat. I'm sure the driving experience is tip top).

Anyway, my point is that you should make a point to experience it at least once in your lifetime.

Nice, my dad got a '94 Viper RT10 Venom500 a few years ago for poncing around in at the weekends.... Absolute beast of a car.
