I've got this problem where, on my jailbroken iPod, I've downloaded some apps and games on my iPod instead of downloading them with the computer, and then importing them to my iPod.

So, since there are apps on the iPod that are not present on the computer (yes, I've authorized it for my iPod), the apps and games start to get deleted.
I actually managed to transfer some of the apps to my computer, so some of them remain on the iPod when i sync the iPod, while others, don't.

How can I manually transfer the apps to my computer instead of getting them deleted completely

If it's the same account any apps on the iPod should get transferred to your PC when you sync and vice versa. That's the way it should work anyway.

Have you tried right clicking the iPod in iTunes and clicking on "transfer purchases"?
