No you need to wait on a passing truck, most of which won't stop as it takes alot of fuel to come to rest, stop and get going again. Or use a satellite phone to call in for help.

I guess I'm just being a big gaylord wanting to take a gun on a 400 mile stretch of treacherous road with barely any services and alot of wild animals that can potentially eat me.
