Default Wow, the weather in the UK is awesome.
Just went outside for a quick ciggy, omg it's beautiful, must be -4 and the trees are white with this freezing fog the street lights really set it off too[thumbup], would take a pic but no phone or camera[thumbdown].

And highly irritating, well in Leeds anyway. A few days ago it was really nice soft snow and sun and had an awesome day out. Now it's fooking freezing and the snow has been replaced with a sheet of ice covering 90% of the ground [thumbdown]

One good thing about the freezing weather and the fact that I didn't turn on my radiator in my PC room is that now my CPU is running at 22°C [thumbup]

Some smart ass replaced my car with a block of ice this morning. Just what I wanted when I'm late for work, chipping ice from around the door seal so I can get into my car.

I saw some ducks and geese ice skating.

I thought these birds fly south for the winter

-13.5 this morning.

Never known it this cold before.. we must seem like such wimps compared to some of you in other places, but we're so badly prepared for this ****.

What's up with everyone saying it's so cold and we're all unprepared for this ****?

So far today I've killed a polar bear, skinned it, made myself a beastly jacket and built an Igloo. What's your excuse?

Same in Hull - been about -8 or -9 for the last 2 or 3 mornings.

My street is a death trap. 4 inch solid ice and it's cratered like the surface of the moon.

Not fun [thumbdown]

*yawn* Got about a foot of snow over the last day here. No biggies.

Remote Start for my Truck and 4-Wheel Drive. Pshaw, snow.

Gonna be getting another 4-6 feet here over the next two weeks though, lake effect time >.>

I wish that I could trade places with someone. It is cold here, 28 degrees atm, which is below normal. Going to be this way for another week or 2. BUT the clouds won't be here to drop any snow.

When it is this could, even with a few clouds we usually see a handful of flurries but I want SNOW!!!

Fail living in Wisconsin?

Some morning's this week it's been 5°F (-15°C anyway). And that's in the UK as well, albeit not London. Anyway, it's all relative to what's usual.

Really amazing weather, having scottish blood to I love the cold and can't feel it unless it's below -15c, just feels like normal nice weather, besides if you don't think about it and your wearing the right clothing your body will adapt to the temperature. Even so being in -20c can handle that fine long as got right clothes on. But most of the UK go crazy as they do about most things.

Was 2 feet where I am, but the rain turned it all into slush, now it's all frozen and hard, hoping for more heavy snow.

-5c is nothing.

Just don't think about it, wear the right clothing and yourbody will deal with it, problem is in England people think about it to much and never adapt to the cold despite it being quite cold every winter, just count ya self lucky ya not in a country that goes to -30c in the winter, now that's bloody cold.
