And highly irritating, well in Leeds anyway. A few days ago it was really nice soft snow and sun and had an awesome day out. Now it's fooking freezing and the snow has been replaced with a sheet of ice covering 90% of the ground [thumbdown] My street is a death trap. 4 inch solid ice and it's cratered like the surface of the moon. Not fun [thumbdown] |

Weather for London, UK - Add to iGoogle Some morning's this week it's been 5°F (-15°C anyway). And that's in the UK as well, albeit not London. Anyway, it's all relative to what's usual. |

Really amazing weather, having scottish blood to I love the cold and can't feel it unless it's below -15c, just feels like normal nice weather, besides if you don't think about it and your wearing the right clothing your body will adapt to the temperature. Even so being in -20c can handle that fine long as got right clothes on. But most of the UK go crazy as they do about most things.
Was 2 feet where I am, but the rain turned it all into slush, now it's all frozen and hard, hoping for more heavy snow. ![]() |

-5c is nothing.
Just don't think about it, wear the right clothing and yourbody will deal with it, problem is in England people think about it to much and never adapt to the cold despite it being quite cold every winter, just count ya self lucky ya not in a country that goes to -30c in the winter, now that's bloody cold. |
