Yeah I face the same thing at my work with the projector. I have to setup a simple powerpoint presentation every week and in order to record it you just need to click the record button twice and then hit save when you're done. I've printed instructions and put them on the table along with going to the presentation and explaining it each time. Even with all that, we've probably only had about a 50% success rate along with doctors will just hit enter instead of record right after I've explained it to them. . .

Doctors.... I feel your pain x) I had one who told me he didn't like the clinical system I was training him on - He wanted a face on the screen that he could talk to and it would tell him what was wrong with the patient xS (And yes, he was serious).

I did have one of the ladies where I used to work come rushing up to me once in a complete tizzy that the document she had been working on for the last 2 hours had all just disappeared off the screen. When I went over to her machine she had a book resting on the Enter key in the corner of the keypad bless her x)
