It's a common problem with male ducks these days sadly, they think it makes them look Mallard.

not ducks but geese in the park behind my home i love em i watch folks try to take pics of em geting closer and closer then the geese atack em i laugh so hard

i just caught a duck rather recently whilst fishing, damn thing flew directly into my inflight lure. Took out the poor things eye, i needed about 5 minutes to reel it in and operate the hook out of it´s eye socket.
