Well there are kids who think they're bad ass but they spend hours doing their hair and make-up etc. then go around on bikes with holes in the exhaust just to be noisy.
They certainly won't start anything with anyone unless maybe you went up to them and messed up their hair.

In Japan there are the Yakuza though but they don't hang around in the street and can't be classed as anti-social behaviour.

Well, in case anyone was wondering, Japan certainly has at least one mentally retarded foreigner living there.

its a shame you guys walk/use public transportation everywhere you go - only time i've ever had problems with a group of punk bitches was when i had to walk everywhere. In the 10 years I've owned a license - no issues.

Well I was out last night, and I was on my own walking home, and I bumped into the guys again, they asked if I was the guy wearing the suit the other Friday (I was that guy) but I said I wasn't, as it was just me, I was drunk, and there was a load of them. Thought I best not let them realise I was the guy they wanted.
