oh i know. im just saying that my 3 drinks is enough for me to call it quits. if i had enough to make my BAC that level anyways, i would consider myself to impaired to drive.

but you can be legally drunk even though you feel physically sober

and 3 drinks over here 99% of the time means you are over the limit
