America should back off really. This is an accident and they have been responsible for more than their fair share.

Let me just clarify that I think that BP should be made to pay for all the damage they have caused, every last penny of it. But America going after billions in punitive damages will just be them bullying the world as usual.

a) An accident due to BP ****ing up at the safety protocols

b) The damages alone could be sufficent for bancrupcy
