Here's the story, I have automatic withdrawal for my car insurance. I didn't have enough money in my chequing account to cover the transaction, so it moved funds from my savings into my chequing, then proceeded with the transfer.
I can normally pay through either my chequing or savings without any sort of fee's, however it decided to charge me a $5.00 fee to do this. I have online banking setup and I can transfer money instantly and free between accounts whenever I choose, so why is it they decide to charge me to do it automatically? |

Because banks want to milk you for everything they can. Paypal once screwed up my payment method and chose bank instead of CC. It attempted to bill my account TWICE for the amount. I took like $80 in fees or some crap because of it. I even called them after the first time and said "wtf r u doing" they explained that I had chosen to pay with my bank, I said "uh no, do that again, I'll me really mad" she tells me "we'll attempt a second time. It can't be stopped.". I raged.

dunno but I'd rather be bummed by my bank for a transaction than bummed by the police for not having Insurance [yes] |
