Just bought the bundle for Batman:AA and Just Cause,

My internet speed is pretty slow so I know it won't download in one sitting, So, Will it continue downloading from where it left off after a reboot?

Yeah it should as long as the reboot doesn't cause file corruption.

I think the answer is yes. I can't remember for sure if I tested it though when I bought a game on Steam.

yes it continues from wherever it was when you closed steam.
