Diagnosed with being a Celiac. [thumbdown] Life just got 15% worse - this is a serious emotional trauma... Try loads of the wheat free food becuase some is plain awful but some is quite nice. tescos wheat/gluten free muffins are good. You will be suprised at how much better you feel within a few weeks of not eating wheet, just dont think in a few months a little bit wont hurt, beucase you will probably get away with it and you youl probably get away with again and again but it WILL catch up with you at soem point. You can now get wheat/gluten free food on perscription... I wonder if it goes as far as wheat free beer???? |
