i just sold my palm tungsten T5 on ebay .. for pretty much peanuts (as it was just collecting dust). and this guy who buys it gives me negative feedback because, I said "item in perfect condition." (which it was and still is) but color temperature is too cool for his liking. ?!?!?!?!?!?


wtf is wrong with ppl??? and he wants some of the money back because compared to iphone, colors are more blue(ish).. ?!?!?![cursing][cursing][cursing]

Yep, quit using e-bay the day a seller could no longer leave feedback for d-bag buyers. It's become a joke now. Too many buyers are like pirates now and you have no say in it at all. e-bay will side with the buyer 99% of the time also, regardless of 'evidence'. Your best bet is to tell him to return the product and give him a refund. Even still, he could just send you a empty box with DC and you would be out the money and product.

I have over 400 transactions on the bay with a perfect 100% and all very high DSR's, but will never use them again because of their unwillingness to support sellers.

man i couldnt agree more with that. i just sold something after soooooooo long and as soon as i sell something it turns into this.

i'll just sell the rest of the stupid phones and pda's i have either locally or let them collect dust

I don't know if you have them over there buy here there are companies that you can send old mobiles to and they pay you money for them.
