As somebody has once said - "Security on keeps honest people honest". Those who really seeks to cause harm and chaos will do so, regardless of security. All of the airport security is really like a doctor treating only the symptoms of an illness, rather than working on the root of the problem.

They're just patching over the cracks but it's what the administrations have to do to keep the ignorant happy!
However, the more serious security agancies seem to be doing a pretty good job, dispite the difficulties and the press actually giving people information in how to sabotage aircraft, etc! The press should STFU about the means used by the terrorists or criminals AND how they get caught! All the are doing it tipping them off about what does or doesn't work!!!!

Neeyik, IIRC, you have a family member with a condition, however I do agree [shocked] with Snoopy on this - there are too many euphemisms in use and they just complicate things - the report could simply have said 'slow muscular development' and everything would be clear without offending any parties!
