What was good about it? I thought it sucked.
i enjoy a lot of military movies.

my company just recently received a contract to provide the military with new M-ATV which main purpose is to keep soldiers alive from IED's. following a bomb tech through the crap that he is going through was interesting. I think it gave a good representation of the kind of crap they run into.

With the very good prices on movies on Amazon, I have been rebuilding my library on Blu-ray. I can't remember the last time I paid more that $20 for a 2-3 disc special edition of a new release on Amazon and most movies I have bought through them were $7-15. Here are the movies I own on BD. Even low budget comedies can benefit for a good BD transfer.

There is the same amount of episodes on each BD as there are on DVD.

Anything I buy now is blu-ray, but I have no intention of replacing any of my DVD's just for the sake of it.

But they wouldn't, mainly because no one would buy them.

Before any movies or TV shows, the absolute first bluray I would recommend you get is PLANET EARTH. It is amazing and I have lost count how many times I have enjoyed watching the series with family and friends.
