Post Christmas bombing TSA worker plants white powder on traveler for a joke.
the planting doesn't bother me, as he is/was there to train on how best to detect them...

The bringing her to tears part, though, was certainly in poor taste. I see nothing inherently wrong with him kidding with her for a second either... had he simply asked her if the bag was hers, and the immediatly told her he was kidding, and not to worry, no harm no foul (other than her blood pressure temporarly spiking). But keeping her under that pressure for the extended period was a major mistake, and caused what would have been a simple encounter into an ordeal he deserves to be punished for!

I disagree. Authority should certainly not be "testing" their security by planting substances on unsuspecting passengers (this has happened before too), and if a passenger had joked about having a bomb they certainly wouldn't have been treated leniently.

I agree with Bungle.

But the thing that pissed me off the most about the story was that as soon as she saw a powder, the bitch thought, "OMGz, bomb making materials".

TSA pulling pranks at the airports? Oh well, we need all the humor we can get in this serious world. [snow]
