Not too shabby. The doc weighed me this morning and I was 307. I was 325 earlier this year, and 315 before the holidays. I can't believe I actually LOST weight during the holidays rather than gaining. If I keep it up I can hit my goal of 225 in about a year, maybe a bit more.
Which reminds me, I forgot to ask him about getting to make a statement that I'm obese and I need to go to the gym. I can pay for a gym membership with my FSA card if my doc determines that I need the exercise. |

I think i'm around 208 pounds (16 stone and 13 pounds per stone right?), my legs are actually about the same diameter as my fiancee's waist (its small lol). I cycle quite a bit so its pretty much muscle which she likes [rofl] |
