Hello, I require some assitance with an issue I am having. I am from St. Petersburg, Russia. I have been on holiday for a week and let my brother play Battlefield 2142 while I was away. When I returned I found out that I was banned. I asked my brother why this had happened, he then told me that he had used Cheats and an Aimbot. I have since removed them, but I am still banned.

I swear that I will never use them myself as it is not fair on other players, is there any way I can be removed from the ban list? Thanks in advance.

When I did, I wrote slowly with correct spelling and punctuation in hopes it would offset my hilariously bad sentence structure.

I was recently on hiatus for a week during which time I allowed my brother to play in my stead. Upon returning I attempted to play the game but was refused entry into some servers by the "Punkbuster" program.

I spoke to my brother about the issue, and he informed me that he had been using various "cheats" such as "aimbots". I have since removed them from my system, however I am still unable to connect to servers. Can you please help me remove myself from the blacklist. I deeply regret my actions and wholeheartedly promise that I will never again attempt to cheat and will play fair in the future. If you could kindly explain the steps needed to resolve this issue, or point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
