Hopefully these work, they are linked to my facebook account : /
She is a nutter, Thursday evening she was terrible, scared and shaky, gave her loads of loving and she chilled a bit. Over night was horrible, she really doesn't like the door on her training pen closed, and whined and cried for most of the night. I got about 2 hours sleep. She was much more comfortable today, i took the day off work to settle her in. getting her to toilet outside, at the moment I got about a 90% success rate of timing it just right to let her out. Its annoying that so many fireworks are going off tonight although she doesn't seem "that" bothered by them, I still wont let her out. She is a complete nutter though, running around like a physco that toy she is playing with in the picture below she loves, Me and my missus really spoilter her wednesday night so she has tons to play with. Dreading tonight...........[thumbup] http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pi...f&id=790259691 http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pi...6&id=790259691 http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pi...7&id=790259691 http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pi...7&id=790259691 |

as long as you keep their kennel area just big enough for them to lay comfortably and turn around, you should have a pretty good success at her not taking a crap in her bed. she doesnt want to lay in it any more than you would. (but they will if you arent still diligent :P )
Also, hang a couple bells on the doorknob, and when you take her out to do her business, ring the bell on the way out. then of course praise her and whatnot. I have seen this work on many occasions, and they will start to ring the bell with their nose or paw when they need/want to go out. makes it handy if you are watching TV or playing a game, and dont want them barking to let you know (if they bark, they might just drop a load by the front door) |

Just has got an incredible amount of energy first thing in the moment...She goes absolutely nuts [rofl]
She is yet to soil her bed, She is in a training cage, and has only on the first night now soiled the paper we put in there. She does have a piddle tho, but then she is about 2months now and puppy's at that age need the loo every 2-3 hours. Cant expect her to hold it for 6 while im asleep [no] Been getting up early, and bed late so its about 5-6 hours alone at night, she calming down now too, first night she was screaming, but now its only ever so often....apparently, my missus hears her more than me |

Those crates are fab.
When my missus came home with one I was like "I ain't keeping her in a ****ing birdcage" but I was wrong, the dog has never shat in there or the house once not chewed anything outside of it. Comparing that to the nightmare of house training my previous dogs it's been a hassle free bargain. She just treats it like a kennel in the house. |
