Don't mean to thread crap or anything, but has anyone heard about the Droid and if it's impressive or not? I hate their ads... it looks like someone watched too many Saw movies, it'll only appeal to 14 year old boys. How many every day consumers give a stuff about whether the Dev kit is open or not. |

Im guessing that Droid phone will be better, interface wise; than the first iteration of Android phones, but not as good as the iphone's.
Also i kind of lose respect for any company that makes a point to downplay the competition in order to try and sell their own product. Of course if it delivers then i might get me one! |

For those living in the UK, check out http://iphone.tvcatchup.com/ on your iphone/ipod touch. It allows you to watch live TV from the main freeview channels, even works over the 3G connection quite well.
